My approach to real estate is a little different than most agents. Where most agents will cover one city, I am truly a regional Realtor. Everyday, I split my time between Williamson & Rutherford Counties. However, I will commonly have listings in Williamson, Rutherford, Davidson and Wilson Counties. Why not cover just one area? I have proven that working multiple areas does a couple things: 1. Gives me a front seat at knowing exactly what's happening in our market first hand. 2. Allows me to promote my listings in multiple areas- therefore delivering exceptional value to my clients. 3. Allows me to bridge relationships in multiple areas.
For the past 13 years, I’ve been tweaking the art of true customer service. Awarded in 2004 by a national trade publication as a Top Producer, my pride stems from a job well done. My business slogan is "A Real Estate Agent About So Much More than Real Estate." Though I love my business, I see way beyond the transaction.

Personal: My wife is the amazing Rachel Holder, first female President of the United Way. We have two dependants a gifted Miniature Pinscher named Onyx and a not so gifted Shih Tzu, Ruby. We also have a new baby, Lincoln, a gift we were told probably wouldn't happen- for which we're very thankful.
